Special Olympics Bharat Athletes participate in Special Olympics events free of charge. Each year athletes travel, wear uniforms, acquire training, and use equipment that is paid for by generous donors to the Special Olympics Bharat, Uttrakhand.

Special Olympics is often the only resource available for those with disabilities to experience the thrill of competition and subsequent pride of achievement. These gains often build a new self-confidence that carries over into other aspects of their lives.

You may sponsor an athlete @38 USD. Donations can be made online, by draft or cheque in favour of Special Olympics Bharat Uttrakhand, and should to be sent at the correspondence address of the Project Manager.

Special Olympics has touched less than 1 percent of the more than 170 million people with intellectual disabilities around the world. Donations to support the Special Olympics movement will give all potential athletes the chance to make their dreams come true.
